It’s Halloween season!!! Obviously one of my favorites. I’ve always loved Halloween and I especially love Halloween decorating. So I’ve put together some of my favorites to help inspire you to spread the festiveness! I encourage you to share your favorites also.
- A doll
- Plastic wrap
- Paper towel roll
- Your choice of fabric
- Diluted Elmer’s glue
Wrap doll with plastic wrap, dip fabric in diluted glue mixture and drape over doll. Let it set and dry completely and then remove the doll. Place the fabric on a ledge or window and your ghost is done.
- Mason Jars
- 1″ Gauze Bandage
- Googly Eyes
- Flameless Votive Candles
You basically take a mason jar and wrap it with some gauze bandage tape… hot glue on a couple of googly eyes … add in a little flameless votive candle (or a regular votive if these will be attended at all times) and boom! Additional instructions available here.
- 1 knee or thigh-high white stocking
- Baseball or rock
- 1-2 packages of 24 count black spiders
- 1 package polyfill
- Hot glue gun
Then take your baseball and wrap it in the poly-fil. Stretch your stocking around the wrapped baseball. Place some small spiders in-between the poly-fil and the stocking. Put the hot glue on the back of the clip-on spiders and press then to the filled stocking one at a time with the most spiders at the bottom and progressively less spiders as you get to the top.
